Fresno State Calendar Spring 2023 – All CSU applications are now submitted online at Cal State Apply. There are no paper applications. There is a $70 non-refundable application fee. Follow these 3 steps to apply.

If you are a salaried teacher, you will be assigned to the district where you work. If you are a student teacher, you will be determined by the area in which you live.

Located on the CSU Fresno campus, the North/Central Regional Center is assigned to the following counties: Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Humboldt, Inyo, Kern, Kings , Lake, Lassen, Madera , Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Mono, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumes, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tulare, Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba.

The Southern Regional Center, located on the CSU Los Angeles campus, is assigned to the following counties: Alameda, Imperial, Los Angeles, Monterey, Orange, Riverside, San Benito, San Bernardino, San Diego County, Santa Barbara and Ventura. All incoming students beginning in Fall 2021 or later must provide proof of vaccinations per CSU Order 803.

Fresno State is open to returnees for the spring of 2023. The application deadline is August 1, 2022 – August 31, 2022.

Former Fresno State students who left in good academic standing and plan to withdraw after missing two consecutive semesters must re-apply to Cal State Apply. If a student returns to another college or institution after the last semester at Fresno State, official transcripts from those schools must be submitted. Please see the important dates and times for the appropriate admission period.

If they return to the same trend, there is a chance to be accepted again without meeting the impact criteria. However, all calls are at the discretion of the department and/or program. 2. If it has been 5 years or more since you last attended Fresno State, please submit the entire transfer sheet, such as Fresno City College, Hartnell College, etc.

2. Complete all lower division general education (GE) requirements before reapplying. Students who have already completed lower division GE courses must complete a minimum of 6 degree-related courses prior to academic dismissal.

Students with spring courses in progress must submit an official grade sheet with published final grades by the registration deadline.

Note. Failure to receive all outstanding official transcripts with all final spring grades by the submission deadline may result in your admission status being revoked.

The committee will ask you to meet certain conditions before the readmission is finally approved. Your record will be placed on hold and pending outstanding course records will not be removed until your final transcript is received. If your official transcript indicates that you have successfully met the committee's requirements, your registration hold will be removed and you will be eligible to register for Fall 2023 courses.

Students with spring courses in progress must submit an official grade sheet with published final grades by the registration deadline.

We recommend that you apply to the major you intend to graduate from. Changing majors during the application review and admissions process is prohibited. Once passed, a major change is never guaranteed and is only done by petition. Applications for central changes are submitted to the University Registrar's Office after the census date (by the 20th at the latest). We encourage students to include a substitute major in their application to Fresno State. Choose your substitute career wisely. We accept alternative majors only if there is additional capacity for re-registration of students for that major.
