There are several characteristics that help define a teacher's approach to assessment. It encompasses a whole educational concept that values intellectual curiosity, initiative, independence, collaboration, proof of growth over time, and a pedagogy to measure student learning against these values. The assessment is varied so that children can share what they have learned in different ways. Individual students are responsible for their own learning and learn to set goals, analyze evidence of goal achievement and reflect on progress. The development of student skills (such as math, language skills, science, etc.) is reported continuously with explanations to show how the children are able to time difference. The assessment also focuses on the entire learning process, not just the end product of the course. It is a powerful model supporting the work of students and teachers, "designed to measure personal growth, not against others in their class, to guide preparation for future and purpose" (Peters, 2019, p. 58). . .
At the Hanahau'oli school, student tripartite meetings are an important practice in implementing the school's progress assessment system. Participants in this workshop will learn both the theory and the process behind the student-led tripartite meeting. This includes an in-depth look at shared goals and other activities that students and teachers do in preparation and reflection before and after the meeting. Participants will also have the opportunity to practice what they have learned by role-playing in a student-led three-way meeting. In addition, there will be opportunities for discussion and reflection in the professional research community.

He will briefly discuss the importance of using standardized tests in large-scale educational monitoring. Then he will talk about the quantitative assessment in weak areas in advanced classes to evaluate and support learning. When should there be a "three-way interview" or other form of teacher evaluation? How do children, teachers and parents interpret these indicators? Can the results be useful for promotional purposes? Or are the signs very strong and cause identification, courage and competition? Join the public discussion online and join Dr. Ho joins the quest to continue higher education.
